    What is the minimum order quantity?

    The minimum quantity depends on the specific product type, design, and customization you choose. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll guide you on the suitable minimum order.

    Can we mix styles, sizes, and colors in a single order?

    Yes — you may combine different sizes, colors, or styles in your bulk order, as long as the total order meets the minimum quantity criteria.

    What is the lead time for delivery?

    Delivery time depends on order size, complexity (e.g. embroidery, prints), and your location. Once you confirm your design and order, we will provide you with a clear timeline before you commit.

    Can we return or exchange?

    We want you to feel happy in your scrubs. If anything isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for all non-customised orders.

    Please note:

    Customized items, underscrubs, and clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

    Exchanges for size or color are subject to availability.

    Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.

    Absolutely. You can order just tops, just bottoms, or a mix — in any proportion — as part of your bulk uniform order.
