At uniforMD, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition. Please read the following shipping and delivery policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of any delay in processing, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, or during peak/festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee based on delivery location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

5. Delivery Attempts and Conditions

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times.
  • If the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, uniforMD only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Delays and Exceptions

We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events
  • Public holidays or government restrictions
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately at sunbeamglobal24@gmail.com or call 080-4896-9342.
  • Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the package and product.
  • We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, including re-shipping or refunding your order, as applicable.
